What you need
cup fine cornmeal

tsp kosher salt

tsp baking soda
cup plain full fat yogurt

cup unsulphured molasses
cup dried fruit

cup black walnuts

0 Preheat the oven to 325 Degrees F. Spray a non-stick 9X5 or 8.5 X4.5 baking dish with vegetable spray. 1 Mix whole wheat flour, cornmeal, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl. Set it aside. 2 Whisk together yogurt and molasses in a separate bowl until fully combined. 3 Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. It will be a very thick batter. 4 Mix in the chopped fruit and walnuts and stir them in just until they are evenly distributed. 5 Place the batter into the prepared pan and distribute it evenly in the pan using a spatula. 6 Bake until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean for about 55-60 minutes.
