What you need

tbsp maple syrup

cup rice vinegar

tbsp tamari

tsp dark sesame oil
clove fresh garlic

tbsp fresh ginger

tsp chili sauce

tsp coarse sea salt

cup cooked quinoa

baby carrots
cup red cabbage

red bell pepper

scallion greens

persian cucumber

cup edamame

cup fresh cilantro

cup roasted nuts
Instructions
0 To make the dressing: Place all the ingredients in a jar and whisk until emulsified. 1 To make the salad: Place the quinoa, carrots, cabbage, bell pepper, scallions, cucumber, edamame, and cilantro in a large salad bowl. 2 Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
