1 Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees. 2 Place chopped fruit in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon maple syrup and lemon juice. 3 Divide the fruit mixture into four oven-proof bowls or one large (9- inch) pie plate. 4 Mix the almond meal, quinoa flakes, sea salt, spices, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, oil, and vanilla extract in a bowl. 5 Crumble it equally over the fruit. 6 Place them on a baking sheet (you don’t need to use a baking sheet if you are using a large pie plate) and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the topping is browned and the fruit is bubbling.View original recipe
