lb shiitake mushrooms

clove garlic

tsp kosher salt

tsp ground black pepper

tbsp fresh parsley

0 Melt butter in a 10 or 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. 1 Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms. Saute, stirring constantly, for 6-7 minutes or until the mushrooms are fully softened and start caramelizing. 2 Add the minced garlic and saute for 30 more seconds. 3 Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. 4 Taste for seasoning and add more if necessary.
