What you need

cup old fashioned rolled oats

tbsp chia seed

tbsp slivered almonds

cup unsweetened almond milk

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp maple syrup

cup mixed fruit

fresh mint leaves

0 Place the shredded apples, oats, chia seeds, sliced almonds, almond milk, almond yogurt, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a bowl.
