½ tsp kosher salt

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

3 tbsp water

0 Remove the fresh mint leaves from their stems*. Finely chop the mint leaves and transfer them to a heat-resistant jar with a lid. 1 Add sugar, kosher salt, and white wine vinegar. Give it a quick stir. 2 Slowly pour in the boiling water and stir to combine. 3 Set it aside and let it cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
