tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tsp kosher salt

tsp ground black pepper

tbsp balsamic vinegar

tbsp maple syrup

cup pomegranate arils

cup pecan nuts

0 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F/218 C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 1 Spread the prepared Brussels sprouts in the pan, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper. Toss to combine. Spread them, cut side down, in a single layer. 2 Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender, tossing halfway through. 3 Let it cool for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a large bowl. 4 Mix the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup in a bowl. Drizzle it over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to combine. 5 Taste for seasoning and add more if needed. 6 Transfer to a serving platter or bowl and garnish with pecans and pomegranate seeds, if using.
