Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies that are vegan, low-fat, gluten and refined sugar free. Made with oats, flax and chia seeds, these low sugar oatmeal raisin cookies are going to be your new favorite.

What you need

cup oat flour

cup ground flaxseed

tbsp chia seed

tsp baking powder

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp salt

ripe banana

cup coconut

cup maple syrup

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup black walnuts

cup raisin
Instructions
1 Pre-heat the oven to 325 F degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set it aside. 2 Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. 3 Place all wet ingredients in a bowl and whisk until fully combined. Stir in the wet ingredients into the dry ones. 4 Fold in the walnuts and raisins. 5 Using an ice cream scoop ( I used a 3-inch scoop), scoop out the dough onto the parchment lined sheet pan. 6 Bake in the oven for 18 minutes.
