tsp kosher salt
extra large egg

cup unsweetened almond milk

tsp vanilla extract

cup maple syrup
tsp lemon zest
cup fresh blackberries

0 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 8x8 inch square baking dish with the coconut oil and set aside. 1 In a large bowl, stir the rolled oats, cinnamon, shredded coconut, sliced almonds, chia seeds, baking powder, and Kosher salt until combined. 2 In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and lemon zest, ensuring that everything is fully combined. 3 Pour the wet ingredients into the oat mixture and stir to combine. 4 Gently fold in the blackberries. 5 Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly using a spatula. 6 Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. 7 Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. 8 When ready to serve, divide it amongst several bowls, garnish with blackberries, and drizzle with maple syrup.View original recipe
