tsp ground cinnamon

tsp ground nutmeg

tsp baking powder

tsp kosher salt
extra large egg

cup unsweetened almond milk
cup unsweetened applesauce

tsp vanilla extract

cup maple syrup

cup chopped pecans

cup medjool dates

0 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 8x8- inch* baking dish with the coconut oil and set aside. 1 In a large bowl, stir the oats, chia seeds (if using), cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and Kosher salt until combined. 2 In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, applesauce, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until fully combined. 3 Pour the egg mixture into the oat mixture and stir to combine. 4 Gently fold in the diced apples, walnuts, and dates. 5 Pour the mixture into the baking dish and gently spread it evenly. 6 Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. 7 Cool for 10 minutes and serve with a drizzle of maple syrup.View original recipe
