Horseradish Yogurt Sauce is a lighter alternative to the classic condiment we all love. Made with Greek yogurt, it is still super creamy and tangy with fewer calories. It is the perfect accompaniment to meat (especially Prime Rib), fish and vegetable dishes.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the prepared horseradish, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper until fully combined.
Gently stir in the chopped chives or scallions if desired. Taste for seasoning and add more if necessary.
Refrigerate until ready to serve then remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
